My research focuses on machine learning, privacy, and systems security, with an emphasis on the secure and efficient deployment of intelligent systems in cyber-physical and resource-constrained environments. I have leveraged techniques from graph learning, federated optimization, and adversarial machine learning to study how intelligent systems can be attacked, defended, and made more efficient, with applications spanning vehicular networks, the Internet of Things, and beyond.
